Rikki is no stranger to real estate. With more than 17 years experience in real estate (and a prior history in medical services negotiations nationally), creating positive business relationships comes naturally to her. She enjoys nothing more than helping buyers and sellers make educated decisions in their real estate endeavors.

Early in Rikki's real estate career, she was mentored by surveyors, land consultants and loggers who taught her the many nuances of raw land and helped her become one of the most knowledgeable females marketing and selling both large and small parcels today. Not to be limited by any one market segment, she has entrenched herself in all aspects of real estate from residential/land sales & promotion to land development and even the commercial arena. Since moving to the Chelan and Okanogan Valley area 2 years ago, she has been very successful in residential, commercial and land sales & marketing.
